- Ordering Online
- You can order by phone or online and you can pay by check or credit card. When you get to the 'checkout' screen just pick the option you prefer. We will phone you back within two business hours if if you select 'order by phone'.
If you have any questions, you can use the email form and we'll get right back to you, or call our always-on-call representative at 303-328-2937. - Shipping & Delivery
- We ship around the world. Orders placed before 6pm Mountain Time are shipped the very next day.
We generally use FedEx, but will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. FedEx don't like to ship to PO boxes, but they do ship every product we carry, including ones containing hazardous materials, such as signal flares. You can calculate your shipping rate prior to ordering, right in your shopping cart.
We also offer special shipping options such as member shipping, guaranteed delivery, and free shipping.
As soon as it is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number to track you package. - Privacy & Security
- EnviroPicnic knows that you care how information about you is used, and we are committed to protecting it securely. EnviroPicnic is a participant in the Safe Harbor program developed by the US Department of Commerce and the European Union. We have certified that we adhere to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles agreed upon by the US and the EU.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
